The role:

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Operations Team and support our organisation by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our business.

This role is based in our London office near Monument, with at least 4 days a week on site.

This role will give you experience of business and people operations. There are development opportunities to advance further in HR or Operations, or move to any department across the company, including Finance, Data or Sales after a period of 18 months.

Duties:

• Maintain the company Intranet Site on SharePoint.
• Produce and distribute internal announcements, including the monthly newsletter.
• Organise internal events, from training to parties.
• Set-up company laptops, track and distribute IT equipment, and liaise with IT Team for all system maintenance and ensure adherence to Cyber Security policies.
• Take inventory, order office supplies, post equipment and merchandise.
• Provide support as required to the Leadership team.
• Ensure adherence to Acin policies and business management procedures.
• Respond to general Operations queries, process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
• Provide month end support to the Finance team with credit card reconciliation.
• Co-ordinate all processes of employee life cycle, including relevant paperwork and administration for onboarding, probation, performance reviews and off-boarding.
• Onboarding new employees including sending out of Swag packs, equipment etc.
• Leavers: administration for all leavers on internal systems, retrieval of equipment.
• Opportunities to work on projects to implement new initiatives to improve the business.
