The role:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Operations Team and support our organisation by managing day-to-day tasks and administrative needs.

This is a full-time role which will require you to travel to both of our offices. We expect you to work at least 3 days per week in the Farnborough office and 1 day in the London office. The remaining day can be remote or in the office.

In addition to Executive Assistant duties this role will give you experience of business administration and people operations.


  • Provision of administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team including diary management.
  • Arranging travel for the Leadership and Sales team.
  • Maintain the company Intranet Site on SharePoint (training provided).
  • Organise internal events including team events, offsites etc.
  • Liaise with board members and advisory teams regarding meeting dates.
  • Take inventory, order office supplies, post equipment and merchandise as required.
  • Provide administrative support as required to the Leadership team including production of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide support to the Operations team.
  • Provide month-end support to the Finance team with credit card reconciliation.
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, the postholder may also be reasonably expected to perform duties of a similar or related nature to those outlined in the job description. However, such tasks or projects will not be expected to form a dominant part of the individual’s role.
