The role:

This role primarily focuses on assisting both the CEO and the Chief Client Officer, managing their diaries, coordinating meetings, and providing general office support. The role contributes to the overall success of the company by effectively and efficiently managing administrative tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive. It is critical that the successful candidate is able to multi-task, work on their own initiate and demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to get involved. They must take pride in delivering work to the highest standard.

This role is based in our London office, with 4 days a week on site and 1 day remote.

Diary Management and Meeting Coordination:

  • Comprehensive support of complex diaries for the CEO and the Chief Client Officer, scheduling appointments and prioritising meetings.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings globally, ensuring all logistics are in place, such as booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Liaising and building relationships with client counterparts.
  • Coordinating with board members, advisory members and product committee members to arrange meetings.

Administrative Support:

  • Produce high-quality presentations, including PowerPoint slides, to support the Chief Client Officer in their engagements and presentations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transportation.
  • Provide month-end expenses support to the Operations team with the reconciliation of receipts.

Office Support:

  • Undertake general office tasks, including managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a tidy and organised workspace.
  • Support the coordination of team events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline office processes and identify areas for improvement
