Based on a network of peers, Acin’s data protocols connect a bank’s risk control data across their firm and industry leading to greater cost savings, and creating huge efficiency savings across the bank both in front and back-office operations.

The role

As a Business Analyst, you will take on responsibility analysing our business and data processes to find ways that our products and technology can improve efficiency and scalability. You will work closely with our product managers, UX designers, customer success, and data operations teams to define and develop requirements for technical solutions solve complex business problems of Acin and of our customers.

Reporting to our Head of Product, you will work within customer facing and internal product squads, giving you exposure to lots of different business processes and problems.

Your role will include:

  • Working with cross functional product and delivery teams to create transformational digital products.
  • Documenting, analysing, and evaluating current business processes and identify opportunities to improve and enhance these with the use of product tooling and other technology.
  • Documenting, analysing, and evaluating data flows, product analytics data and processes for how our product operates in different internal and customer environments. Collaborating with developers and designers to clarify business, customer, and technology requirements
  • Performing user research to identify the best possible solutions to complex problems we are trying to solve via product discovery.
  • Defining user stories, acceptance criteria and other related documentation relating to technical solutions to complex business problems.
  • Hosting internal and customer workshops to elicit and define requirements of how the Acin product can better solve problem areas.
