Acin adds Chief Client Officer to industry-leading team, as data network continues to expand
A-Team Group announced the winners of its inaugural ESG Insight Awards. The awards recognise both established solution vendors and innovative newcomers providing leading ESG solutions, services and consultancy to capital markets participants.
The awards included over 20 categories of ESG solutions (see full list below). Acin was named the Best ESG risk data provider.
Andrew Delaney, President and Chief Content Officer at A-Team Group, said: “Congratulations to the well-deserved winners of our first A-Team Group ESG Insight Awards. Thank you to all the vendors that entered the awards, our ESG Insight community that voted for its favourite solutions, and our independent, expert advisory board that worked in collaboration with our editorial team to select this year’s winners. We will be back next year to celebrate the winners of our ESG Insight Awards 2023.”
What should banks be doing around climate risk?
Following COP27 in Cairo this month, we anticipate that climate change and the many risks it presents will be a significant issue for all firms in the financial services sector, and their regulators, in 2023. For many firms, getting into the fine detail of how to manage climate risk is likely to be a major challenge, particularly for those firms who are starting with a blank piece of paper when it comes to building a climate risk framework from the bottom up. The ESG Insight Award recognises the potential of the Acin platform as a world-class climate risk data provider, including the ability for all firms in the Acin Network to learn from each other in this emerging risk discipline.
Acin has a comprehensive, pre-built risk and control quick start library of inventories constructed through industry consultation and mapped to regulatory guidance, to provide immediate value and accelerate impact. Easily and proactively demonstrate to the regulator, auditors, investors, shareholders, and boards that you are managing climate risk – ahead of regulatory deadlines.
